The word "On" signifies the Light of awakened consciousness, the Divine "I AM."  In Egypt, this was often symbolized by the sun.  On was the name of the City of the Sun, "Anu," or the "On" found in the book of Genesis (41:45 et. al.).  The City of On later became known as Heliopolis, and a sole remaining 3900 year-old obelisk stands in this suburb of Cairo today.  In the ancient temple science, "on" was a term representing Illumination and Divine Will.  The word "At-on" described

the solar disk, whose deeper meaning referred to the "great central sun" and a solar orb symbolized the Source and movements of this illuminating power in its passage through the chambers of the sky.

 

The temples and halls of the academy in the city of On constituted the greatest center of learning in the ancient world.  The Roman historian Flavius Josephus reports that Abraham taught in this once great center.   In the connection of the earlier temple sciences and the development of "Program Israel," we learn that Moses was "instructed in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and was powerful in words and deeds (Acts 7:22)."

 

Yet "On" is much more than an ancient designation.  The word represents the Light of wisdom teachings originating from celestial Academies of Light in higher dimensions of our universe.  The constellation of Orion is seen as a gateway to the higher heavens (Job 38:31), and the very word Orion is made up of root meanings indicating Light (Or) of Illumination (On).  Names such as Orion and Aaron can also be

understood to relate to root meanings of golden (Or, aur) star IONization.

 

In the glossary of the superb text "The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch," by J.J. Hurtak, we find that On is "a place where Light is revealed by the Masters of Light for the teaching and education of the soul," and in terms of the ancient academy, it "commissioned priest-scientists to go to select megalithic sites in the ancient world and build geophysical time models linking the destiny of the earth with specific programs of higher intelligence."  Many pyramids found in places such as central America are part of a network of energy grids. Some are in fact coded time clocks used in the ripening of human

consciousness.

 

Plato, Pythagoras, and many others were schooled in "golden proportions of creation" and other sacred sciences at, or originating from, the Academy of On.  The astronomical clock and place of initiation in

England known as Stonehenge was built by the Priesthood of On circa 1900 B.C.

 

In the Hebrew tradition, we can find evidence for the development of the etymology thus: Aton, Adon, Adonai, the word Adonai being a sacred term meaning Lord.  Another sacred term, one often used by Kaballists, is "Metatron," the highest Archangel in the tree of life.  Again in the Name Metatron is the Light encoding of "on" at the end of the Name, and Metatron means the "outer garment of God," the "presence of God," and "the one closest to the Throne of YHWH."  The Name Metatron is also the

term translated as "Almighty" in the New Testament and equivalent of the original Hebrew term "El Shaddai" as used in the original Old Testament scriptures, for example Genesis 17:1.

 

In the Song of Solomon 2:1, we find the term "rose of Sharon," another code-rich expression relating to this mystery teaching of On.  The meaning of "rose of Shar-On" is "the plane of the orbit of Light,"

pointing to mysteries of creational dynamics, describing wheels of orbital relationships and dimensional relationships of the spheres (Imagine a series of heavenly compass roses.).  The wheels within

wheels found in Ezekiel's vision of the chariot ("Merkabah" or vehicle of time translation) reveal alignments that open pathways into new thresholds of consciousness.  Depictions of this teaching can be seen in the Tibetan Buddhist "Kalachakra" mandala and in our own merkabah mandala displayed in the Academy's primary location in downtown Crestone, Colorado.

 

The Hebrew prophets and other great mystics utilized Sacred Names, prayer, and various forms of meditation to "cleave to God" and reach states of direct mystical experience.  This "merkabah" (chariot) and "hekhaloth" (heavenly palaces) form of mysticism opened these "riders on the passageways of heavenly Light" to the work of the Spiritual Hierarchy and their administration of programs of consciousness development.

 

The earth is a clearing house for soul advancement to other levels of consciousness experience.  At the end of this large cycle of time, on that great day of graduation, let us be resurrected off the cross of

space and time to join the procession into the infinite Way.

 

In the work of the Celestial Academy of On, the wellspring of the eye and the time gates of onsciousness are opened.  We rejoice in the words of Christ when He says, "I am the Alpha and the Omega (cycles of

beginning and end), I make all things anew."
